3- Data Hosting

However, in the event that one of CITIZEN FIRE's subcontractors is located outside the European Union, CITIZEN FIRE, in its capacity as data controller, implements all the necessary measures to ensure the security of the data of its clients.

4- Banking details

CITIZEN FIRE uses Stripe, an online payment service provider, to process payments on behalf of CITIZEN FIRE customers. All your personal data is protected and encrypted using a secure TSL server provided by Stripe Inc. The payment information you provide on the CITIZEN FIRE site may be transmitted to Stripe in order to process your payment. https://stripe.com/fr/privacy 

5- Destination of collected data

The latter may also be transmitted to third parties as soon as this transmission is made essential for the performance of the contract which binds you to CITIZEN FIRE (example: the data transmitted to the carrier for the delivery of the products)

6- Data retention period

– Marketing data: example newsletter database: 3 years

– 10 years for invoices

7- Right of access and rectification of your data


In accordance with Law 78-17 “Informatique et Libertés” of January 6, 1978, each person has a right of access, rectification and opposition to their personal data.
